When "sangers" "sang," there's something about the power in their voice and emotion in which they deliver it that your spirit notices. Something in you responds to the pure organic nature of the subject of their delivery and how they serve it up. Below is a clip of one of my favorite artists, Ledisi, performing what has become my mantra for the 2010 - a song called "Today." Ledisi makes me believe that today really is my DAY. Please enjoy!

ledisi's on stage working it. first time i ever heard of her was on the bet promo. remember that?
I never saw that! I'll have to look it up. A friend of mine put me on to her when she first dropped. I love what she brings to the table musically.
i tried to find the clip on YouTube, but to no avail.
