This, ladies and gentlemen is your Democratic Nominee for the Presidency. His name is Barack Obama. He is the American Dream. Regardless of your political views or even what side of the fence you're voting on, you have to respect the significance of this moment. A black man of mixed heritage has stood tall and vowed to answer the nation's call for change. He has made history and is on track to create an even bigger passage in history books. He's charming and is moving with the momentum of a determined steamroller. His old rival within the party, Hilary Clinton has publicly announced her support for Team Obama.
This is what it's all about. Obama represents the sentiment (however superficial it may be to some or in truth) that this nation has so boastfully stated in it's constitution.
He is the American Dream.
