It's On!

It's here ladies and gents! Election Day and it promises to be a doozy on many levels. First, Barack Obama's campaign has been historical. Who would've imagined a man of color would go this far in our highly charged, sometimes rather ignorant society. I must admit that Senator Obama has remained cool and focused through this entire journey.

The old man...not so much.

McCain has constantly thrown jabs in debates and consistently debated Obama and not the issues. This is opposite of what Obama did. McCain's claim to fame will of course be his homegirl/ride-or-die chick Sarah Palin who is more famous for expensive wardrobes, Tina Fey parodies, being a "maverick" and "drill baby drill," than for anything remotely representative of a future Vice President.

As you could probably gather, I did not vote for McCain. Not "that one."

So on this day, I encourage you to don your most comfortable shoes and weather the storm of long lines at the voting polls. This is one of the most important elections this country has ever seen.
If you don't do anything else today, at the bare minimum VOTE!!
